SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We want to help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the return and indicate your reason for the return. Send returns to Fire Force Inc 46518 Taylor Ave New Waterford, OH 44445.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order, however, depending on shipping status, and/or custom orders it may be necessary to contact us in order to cancel and receive a refund. You may do so by emailing lizfireforce@yahoo.com or by calling 330-482-9300. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment less freight charges. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days according to your card issuer’s policies.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
