Prices listed on this site are current. Due to the wide selection of products offered, prices may change without notice. We also reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint.

AVAILABILITY:
Due to the wide volume of products we carry, there may be times when items listed on our site are not in stock. We will notify you if after your order is placed, it is found that the item you ordered is not in stock. If you have a question as to if a item is in stock, please give us a call at 330.482.9300 In stock items typically ship via our Standard Delivery within 1-3 business days. Custom or out of stock items may take 3 to 8 weeks (we will contact you if your order is not going to be shipped immediately). Some items may ship directly to you from our vendor partners.

HELMET AVAILABILITY:
If this helmet is in stock, it will ship within 3 days. If the helmet that you order is not in stock, it will take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. If you have any questions about the availability of the helmet you would like to order, please call us at 33o.482.9300. Any helmet that we do not have in stock must be custom ordered, therefore the order cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS:
If the product is not a special order product and has not been opened, you may return it. If your product is defective or you have other problems, please call us at 330.482.9300 for authorization. If you received the wrong product and it was our error, please call us first so that we can send a UPS Call Tag at our cost.

  • We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any defective product.
  • Refunds & exchanges cannot be given before merchandise is returned and examined.
  • We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused products that do not meet your expectations. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • fforce.com will give a 100% credit for the cost of your return products (not including any shipping costs and restocking fees.)
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • After your merchandise is returned and examined you will receive a full refund for the product. Shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will not be refunded.
  • If your product is not found in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you.
  • Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use.
  • Custom products are not returnable if they were made to your specifications. Only product defects or customization mistakes are returnable.
  • If you return a product for a size or style exchange, you are responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
